Complete Premix for Convenient Household Use. Suitable for Waffle, Pancake and Dorayaki. Pancakes are soft and fluffy, somewhat dense texture. Waffles are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside.  

Recipe : Mochi Mix 400g,  Water 400g,   Egg 2 pcs,   Oil 40g  

How to Prepare :   

1. Mix all ingredients except oil at slow speed for 1 min.                                         

2. Scrap bowl. Mix at medium speed 2 mins.                                                             

3. Fold in oil and mix until even.                                                                                 

4. Scoop batter onto pre-heated waffle plate until surface is almost full.                 

5. Close the top plate and bake until steaming stops.                                               

6. Remove the waffle and serve.
