Sup Tulang brings you the rich, slow-simmered bone soup taste without the long cooking time. Just add water, boil, and enjoy a comforting, hearty bowl of soup in minutes. Perfect for busy days, late nights, and whenever you need something warm and satisfying. Ingredient : Coriander seeds (40%), cinnamon, black pepper, fennel seeds, star anise, cumin, cardamom, cloves. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Boil 1 kg of beef bones with 2000 ml of water until tender. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cinnamon stick and star anise provided in the Sup Tulang Mokcu packet. Add garlic, shallots, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Add the boiled bones and the cooking broth together with the potatoes and Sup Tulang Mokcu spice mix. Let it boil until the potatoes are soft. Add salt to taste. Add 1.5 litres of water and stir well. Bring to a boil. Sprinkle in sliced spring onions and fried shallots. Ready to serve. Adjust salt to taste and serve hot.
