Product Usage / Application : Batter for chicken and meat (thick crunchy coating). 

How to prepare :

Step 1 : Mix well 1 part of FCP (200gm) with 2 parts of water (400ml) to make a smooth batter.

Step 2 : Dip food such as chicken, onion ring, sliced potato, mushroom, brinjal or etc. in the batter. Coat the battered food with FCP.

Step 3 : Fry the coated food in cooking oil at temperature between 180°C to 200°C until golden brown.
