Topokki is a traditional Korean dish made with rice cakes and Gochujang sauce. Just add the sauce into the water and put the rice cakes. Let it boil for few minutes and it is done! For variety add your favourite fishcakes/fishball and hardboiled eggs into the dish. Add some more sugar and chili flakes if you really like your topokki extra sweet and spicy.
